Additional non - student adults are not eligible for the Family Pass rate. NOTE: a minimum of 3 passes must be purchased for the family pass rate to apply.
*A student is anyone aged 5-17 or 18-25 who is enrolled in a post-secondary school during the season for which the pass or ticket applies.*

IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED FOR SEASON PASSES
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed by the adult passholder, or parent/legal guardian for a minor passholder, prior to the issuance of the Tawatinaw Valley Season Pass and prior to the passholder's use of the Season Pass and Tawatinaw Valley's facilities. This is a condition of the purchase. If the Waiver is not completed, the Season Pass will not be issued and a refund will be provided.

The Waiver will be available for review during the sale process online and a copy is available for preview below.

A paper copy of the Waiver will be provided by us, and must be completed, at the time of pickup before the season pass will be issued.

The Waiver will apply to your participation in all Ski & Snowboard Activities (as defined in the Waiver) during the 2025-26 season.

Each adult passholder must complete their own Waiver.

A parent/guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor passholder.

IMPORTANT – EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK - TICKETS
The issuance of any Tawatinaw Valley Ticket (the “Pass”) and each passholder’s use of the Ticket and access to related facilities, is subject to Tawatinaw Valley’s Exclusion of Liability and Assumption of Risk Notice (the “Notice”), which will affect each participant’s legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or to claim compensation following an accident. PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE! You should only proceed with your purchase or otherwise access Tawatinaw Valley’s facilities if you have read and agree to the Notice. If a non-purchasing passholder does not agree with these terms they can return the Pass to Guest Services for a full refund prior to first use.

PASS REMAINS PROPERTY OF TAWATINAW VALLEY/ CANCELLATION FOR MISCONDUCT -All Passes remain the property of Tawatinaw Valley. The Season Pass can only be used by the named passholder, and it cannot be shared with, used by, or transferred to another person. Day Passes are non-transferrable, are not for resale, and can only be used by one guest. Any Pass may be cancelled without refund in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of the Alpine Responsibility Code or of any other Tawatinaw Valley policies, rules or guidelines.
ALPINE RESPONSIBILITY CODE – All guests must comply with the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times when on the hill. Parents/legal guardians must ensure that their minor child understands and complies with the Alpine Responsibility Code. Review the Alpine Responsibility Code Here

THEFT & FRAUD ALERT - Sharing of passes is not permitted and constitutes theft and fraud. Passes may only be used by the person named on the card. Any use of a pass by another individual will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Tawatinaw Valley will enforce its legal rights against all involved, including issuing bans from Tawatinaw Valley’s property and prosecuting offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

NO GUARANTEE OF CONDITIONS OR OPERATING DAYS – Tawatinaw Valley does not guarantee the number of operating days per season, hill conditions, weather or other operating conditions, including open terrain or lift operations. No refunds or credits will be issued for closures due to weather, mechanical issues, snow conditions, lack of snow, lack of labour, or any other factors beyond Tawatinaw Valley’s control.
Season Passes will not be discounted/rebated in the event of a government mandated shut down during the ski season not exceeding 30 days. Season Pass holders will receive a prorated discount off 2026-2027 season passes should a government mandated shut down exceed 30 days.

SKI AND SNOWBOARD LESSONS – Tawatinaw Valley is the exclusive provider of ski and snowboard lessons at Tawatinaw Valley. Instructors are not permitted to operate their own ski or snowboard lessons at Tawatinaw Valley. Any unauthorized lessons will be shut down and anyone involved will have their Pass revoked without refund. This does not apply to ski clubs that have a Facility Use Agreement to operate at Tawatinaw Valley.

COLD WEATHER POLICY
In the event of extreme weather conditions, Tawatinaw Valley may limit some facility operations. The decision to do so will be made on a daily basis according to the localized conditions at Tawatinaw Valley. Our website and social media will be updated regarding operating status as available.

The Temperature cutoff is “Feels Like -30°C” (including wind chill) anytime throughout operating hours. Day passes, rentals, etc. cancelled due to cold weather closures will be rescheduled or refunded.

For lesson programs the temperature cutoff is “Feels Like -25°C” (including wind chill), as many of our lessons are with young children. Lessons cancelled due to cold weather closures will be rescheduled.
