By proceeding with the purchase, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Release of Liability (Waiver) above on behalf of myself and any minor that I am purchasing a pass for.  I agree I am required to read and agree to a paper copy of the Waiver at the time of pickup as a condition of the pass(es) being issued.
I further agree that if I am purchasing a season pass on behalf of another adult or a minor who is not my child, that they or their parent/legal guardian will have to read and agree to the Release of Liability (Waiver) as a condition of their pass being issued.  I agree that it is my obligation to bring this to their attention.
