By proceeding to purchase, I acknowledge and agree I have read the Exclusion of Liability and Assumption of Risk notice above and agree that the terms apply to each passholder's use of the pass and access to Tawatinaw Valley's facilities. 
I further agree it is my obligation to bring these terms to the attention of any individual that I am purchasing on behalf of and understand that if they do not agree to these terms they can return the pass to Guest Services for a full refund prior to first use.
