Definition of a family/student/senior?
Family is defined as up to 2 adult guardians and dependent children living in one household, or students** attending a post-
secondary institution. Additional non-student adults are not eligible for the Family Pass rate.
NOTE: a minimum of 3 passes must be purchased for the family pass rate to apply.
**Student is defined as an individual between the ages of 18 and 25 years who is enrolled in a post-secondary institution for the season the pass/ticket is purchased for.

**Senior is defined as 55-69 years old.

Skiing and Snowboarding refund policy?
Please note: Lift tickets and daily rentals are Non-refundable. If we are closed, a raincheck will be issued. Rainchecks are only valid for the current season. ​

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit, debit, and gift cards.

What is your cold weather policy?
The temperature cutoff is “Feels Like -30°C” (including wind chill) anytime throughout operating hours. Day passes, rentals, etc. cancelled due to cold weather closures will be rescheduled or refunded.
For lesson programs the temperature cutoff is “Feels Like -25°C” (including wind chill), as many of our lessons are with young children. Lessons cancelled due to cold weather closures will be rescheduled.

Do you have a Terrain Park?
YES! We have a terrain park with various size features and also a mini-park with smaller features for beginners.

Can I purchase a lift ticket or rental the same day I want to ride?
Yes, but we encourage you to book online in advance of when you arrive at the hill. It will shorten your wait in line at the chalet.

What about Pub Night?
Pub Nights will return this year and are scheduled for every second Saturday from 5pm-9pm. Check our calendar for specific dates and details.
Rentals?
Rentals can be paid for online or in person. A waiver form must be filled out at the chalet before heading over to the rental shop.

How does tubing work?
Tubes will be at the bottom of the tube run. Guests will grab a tube before stepping onto the Red Carpet lift. After sliding down the hill, guests will clear the run and put their tube back in the corral before getting back in line. We have over 70 tubes so wait times won't be long! Tubing passes are valid for half days. Morning (AM) is 10:00 am-1:00 pm, Afternoon (PM) is from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. Tubing on pub nights is from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.

Dog policy?
Pet owners must have their pets on a leash and they must not enter the groomed alpine ski area or chalet.
On our cross country trails, pet owners must have their pets under their control at all times and they must not enter the groomed alpine ski area.
