Before You Arrive
We are asking EVERYONE to book their visit through the website EVERY time they come to play, including Seasons Pass Holders. This will allow us to do health screening and contract tracing, AND pre-booking will make things go a lot faster when you get to the hill! If you do not pre-book online, you will be able to do so using the iPad in Guest Services.
Picking up Your Lift Tickets - If you have a lesson, please continue to your designated meet up point after picking up your lift ticket(s). If you are not sure where your meet up point is, please check the lesson schedule posted outside our entrance door. If you are paying with a gift card or are visiting from a resort with which we have a reciprocal agreement, please go directly to Guest Services so we can finalize your payment.
Masks or face coverings will also be required in ALL areas outside & inside. (Persons ≤ 2 years of age will not be required to wear a mask or face covering. Please contact Guest Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or 780-698-2212 for more information.)
To help maintain physical distancing in the chalet we are limiting the number of doors that will be in use and restricting them to be either an entrance or exit.
The entrance door will be the north-east door next to Guest Services.
The exit door will be the north-central door between the ticket booth and the cafeteria.
Space inside the chalet will be limited, so we highly recommend guests come to the hill ready to ride and leave any bags or other items in their vehicle or at home. Lockers and cubbies will not be available for bag storage.
Picking Up Your Lift Tickets
Lift ticket pickup is at the Ticket window.
Please bring a piece of ID/season pass. Staff will check this vs the list of registered guests and provide you with the appropriate lift ticket(s).
If you have a lesson, you will be directed to a meeting point when picking up your lift ticket(s). If you are paying with a gift card or are visiting from a resort with which we have a reciprocal agreement, please go inside to Guest Services so we can finalize your payment.
We highly recommend that guests come to the hill ready to ride and be prepared to spend the majority of their visit outdoors.
A mask or face covering will be required ALL AREAS at ALL TIMES. (Persons ≤ 2 years of age will not be required to wear a mask or face covering)
Ordering At The Billy Goat Diner
Our cafeteria will be open to order food to go.
Please see the staff memeber at the entrance door to facilitate your order.
Dec 18 update: We no longer have inside seating picinic tables are available on our deck. Please only eat with those in your household.
Picking Up Rentals
All rental equipment must be booked online in advance. Rentals can be added to your cart after you book your visit. You will complete the rental information form and waiver as part of the online process.

Covid Related FAQ's
Will there be a limit on how many people can visit per day?
Right now there is no limit, due to the large area for people to be physically distant.
Space in the buildings will be limited and there may be times you’ll have to line up to get in the chalet or rental shop. Please come prepared to be outside the majority of your visit.
Face coverings are required in ALL AREAS
Will the cafeteria be open?
Yes, the cafeteria will be open for take out only. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs to sit and eat outside or you may choose to eat in your vehicle.
Will you be accepting cash?
Yes, but if possible please use credit, debit or gift cards.
Can I come to the cafeteria if I’m not using the other hill facilities?
Yes. Please be considerate that due to limited seating that you may not be able to sit and visit after eating if there are people waiting for tables. All menu items are available for takeout.
Will you have lessons this season?
Yes. Please be aware a face mask or covering is mandatory. Please also be aware rentals are no longer included in our lesson price.
Can I purchase a lift ticket or rental the same day I want to ride?
You must book 3 hours in advance online.
Will you have a Terrain Park?
YES! Both the large and mini parks will be open.
What about Pub Night?
Dec 13 Update: All chalet evenings are cancelled until otherwise stated. Saturday tubing evenings are still available.
We have renamed our Pub Nights to CHALET EVENINGS and expanded to be on both Fridays and Saturdays.
Tables must be booked online in advance with a $20 deposit which will be applied to your food and beverage bill. Maximum of six people per table. Tubing time slots must be booked in advance as well.
Why do I have to wear a mask or face covering when I visit?
We want to be able to provide everyone with healthy, safe winter fun! A significant outbreak of COVID at a ski resort could result in shutting down the entire industry.
