What To Expect This Season
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back for some fun in the snow! COVID-19 continues to impact our operations and the changes in government regulations mean that some things will be different from 2020-2021.
The health and safety of our guests and staff are of the utmost importance, as is being as accessible as possible. Health and safety measures can change and may be out of our control. We will be watching for any changes to the Provincial Guidelines and updating our protocols as required. Your patience and kindness are appreciated as we all work through this together.
Outdoors will be very similar to last season. Ticket pickup will be at the outdoor window and masks will be required in these areas: ticket line, lift lines, on the lifts, at the top of the tube run, in lessons, etc. You do not have to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result to pick up your tickets and enjoy time outside on the hill.
The rental shop is considered retail space, so will operate at 1/3 capacity. While access is still limited, this allows more people in the rental shop at one time than last season. Masks are required indoors and in the outdoor lineup.
Masks will be required in the chalet unless you are seated at a table eating and drinking. They will also be required during lessons.
These are challenging times and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we look forward to a safe, healthy, and fun season.
