With Your Help We Can Have a Safe & Successful Season!

Before You Arrive

Our new website allows for online purchase of season passes, lift tickets, rentals, lessons, tubing, cross county skiing, snowshoeing and tables for Pub Night!
We are asking EVERYONE to book their visit through the website EVERY time they come to play. Pre-booking will make things go a lot faster when you get to the hill and allows us to do health screening and contact tracing. If you do not pre-book online, you will be able to do so using the iPad in Guest Services. In order to be able to do health screening and contact tracing we are asking visitors to book their visit online in advance. This includes season pass holders. There is no deadline for booking your visit. You could book at 10:00 a.m. and arrive at 10:30 a.m. and that would be ok! At this time there are no limits on the number of people who can visit on any given day, so please do not book all your planned visits for the season, as the health screening information will not be valid. We know that this is a HUGE change! If you run into issues with your booking, we will be happy to help you. This is a change for our staff as well. We very much appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these changes.

On Arrival

To help maintain physical distancing in the chalet we are limiting the number of doors that will be in use and restricting them to be either an entrance or exit.

The entrance door will be the north-east door next to Guest Services.
The exit door will be the north-central door between the ticket booth and the cafeteria.
All other doors will be locked from the outside, but available as emergency exits if required.
Space inside the chalet will be limited, so we highly recommend guests come to the hill ready to ride and leave any bags or other items in their vehicle or at home. Lockers and cubbies will not be available for bag storage.

Picking Up Your Lift Tickets

Lift ticket pickup is at the Ticket Booth. Please bring a piece of ID/season pass. Staff will check this vs the list of registered guests and provide you with the appropriate lift ticket(s).
If you have a lesson, you will be directed to Guest Services after picking up your lift ticket(s). If you are paying with a gift card or are visiting from a resort with which we have a reciprocal agreement, please go directly to Guest Services so we can finalize your payment.
Space inside the chalet will be limited due to physical distancing, so you may have to wait outside if there is a line at the ticket book or Guest Services. We highly recommend that guests come to the hill ready to ride and be prepared to spend the majority of their visit outdoors. A mask or face covering will be required inside our chalet and rental shop. Masks or face coverings will also be required outside where physical distancing may not be possible, such as lift lines, on lifts and in lessons. (Persons with a valid exemption or ≤ 2 years of age will not be required to wear a mask or face covering)

Ordering At The Billy Goat Diner

Our cafeteria will be open but the menu will be limited. You will now have the option to pre-order your food for a set pickup time so you can maximize your time out on the slopes. Once you have ordered your food, please find a table to sit at and wait for your name be called so you can pickup your food. If there are no tables available, please respect others and wait at an appropriate distance from the counter and tables. If you have pre-ordered your food, please go to the pickup counter at the appropriate time. Guests who are not “playing on the snow” are welcome to come enjoy the cafeteria. Tables in the lounge and cafeteria have been spaced out in accordance with government regulations. Please do NOT move tables around. Table capacity is 6 people. There are additional tables on the deck with heat lamps to make the areas more comfortable.
